Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential tenants to offer retail space in community malls, including negotiating rental terms and closing leasing deals.
Manage lease renewals and maintain occupancy targets through effective negotiation and strategic tenant retention.
Continuously improve tenant mix to enhance the community mall experience and support long-term business growth.
Build and maintain effective relationships with tenant partners and distributors
Collaborate closely with Business Development, Marketing, and Tenant Services teams to optimize zone planning and merchandising mix aligned with customer profiles.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
3 - 5 years of experience in retail leasing, sales, or business development.
Experience in retail or community mall business is a plus and will be specially considered.
Excellent negotiation skills and a result-oriented mindset.
Energetic, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment.
Passion for community retail and awareness of lifestyle and consumer trends.
