Responsibilities
Responsible for all HRD functions (HRD strategy, Training & development, E-Learning, Performance management system, Career development, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Employee’s Engagement Development)
Qualifications
- Thai nationality, Male/Female
- Bachelor or higher in Human resources Management or any relate fields.
- At least 10 years of experience in HRD Strategy and having excellent knowledge of Human resources Development and Organizational Development function.
- Hands-on experience in Talent Management, succession planning, career development, competency development and application of assessment tools.
- Good communication and listening skills both Thai & English
- Proactive, flexible and analytical thinking person
- Service minded and good interpersonal relations
- Possess strong leadership skill.
- High responsibility, Multi task working and able to work under pressure.
- Experience in manufacturing would be advantaged
