Responsibilities
We will consider only candidates with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
Able to write English well
• Draft "ENGLISH" business contracts and all necessary legal documents as assigned.
• Review contractual document in use and recommend for improvement.
• Provide consulting, advice, suggestion relating to legal matters.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure legal support business objectives.
• Coordinate with government officials in support of company business operations.
• Perform other related legal matters as assigned.
Qualifications
Only candidates who have experience in drafting and reviewing english contracts will be considered.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law or higher degree.
• more than 5 years of experience in drafting and reviewing contracts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill with an ability to work effectively as a member of team as well as independently.
• High responsibility, motivation, service mind, positive thinking and good coordinator.
• Being adaptable and able to work under pressure, changing environments and uncertainty.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Able to communicate in English will be preferable.
