Responsibilities
ภารกิจหลัก :
1. แปลงโจทย์ธุรกิจเป็น Requirements & Solution Scope ที่ชัดเจน เพื่อขับเคลื่อนโครงการภายในแผนก
2. วิเคราะห์ Business Impact / Opportunity และสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจเชิงกลยุทธ์
3. คุม Change Control & UAT เพื่อให้ส่งมอบงานได้ตามคุณภาพและมาตรฐานองค์กร
หน้าที่ปฏิบัติ :
1. ทำ Requirement Elicitation (interview/workshop) และจัดทา BRD/FRD, User Stories, Use Cases
2. กำหนด Business Rules, KPI/Success Metrics, Acceptance Criteria และ Definition of Done
3. จัดทา Process Mapping (AS-IS / TO-BE), workflow และ Gap Analysis
4. จัดลาดับความสำคัญงาน (Prioritization / Backlog grooming) และบริหาร Scope/Change Request
5. สื่อสารและประสานทีม (Data/IT/Users) ให้ “เข้าใจโจทย์เดียวกัน” และติดตามจนส่งมอบครบ
Qualifications
1. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขา เศรษฐศาสตร์ บริหารธุรกิจการตลาด
2. ประสบการณ์ 0-2 ปี
3. ความสามารถ Competency
3.1 Analytical & structured thinking: คิดเป็นระบบ จับประเด็นและสรุปเป็นเอกสารได้ชัด
3.2 Stakeholder management ประสานงาน เจรจา คุมความคาดหวังได้ดี
3.3 Communication & documentation เขียน BRD/FRD และนาเสนออย่างมืออาชีพ
3.4 Data literacy: เข้าใจ data flow/metric concept ระดับทางานร่วมทีมข้อมูลได้
3.5 เครื่องมือ: Excel, PowerPoint, Jira/Confluence (หรือเทียบเท่า), Visio / Miro, Tableau / Power BI (พื้นฐาน)
