หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

1. 按照预算下达通知书管理预算，按月跟进预算执行情况并进行预算分析和经营分析,管理预算执行进度。
(Manage the depots budget according to the budget plan, follow up the budget implementation on a monthly basis, and conduct budget analysis and business analysis of all depots, provide data support by 6th of each month.Manage budget execution progress.)

2. 每月按时按照集团要求报送滚动预测及说明，按照当前经营情况客观预测各项经营指标
(Submit rolling forecasts and explanations on time for all depots every month in accordance with the requirements of the group, and objectively predict various business indicators according to the current business situation)

3. 协助财务经理、业务部门完成经营分析，按时、按要求完成经营分析报告Assist
(financial managers and business departments to complete business analysis of depots, and complete business analysis reports on time and as required.)

4. 审核营销费用申请、营销费用结案、跟进营销费用申请完成进度、计提营销费用。
(Review the application for marketing expenses, promotion expenses, review the expenses documents for payment , follow up the progress of the completion of the application for marketing expenses, and accrue marketing expenses related basis the accounting rules.)

5. 协助财务经理审核编制每个分仓的财务报表，出具分仓经营绩效考核通报。
(Assist the financial manager to prepare and review the P&L statements of each depot, and issue the KPI report each month.)

6. 完成公司安排的其他工作
(Complete other tasks assigned by the company.)

คุณสมบัติ

วุฒิการศึกษา ( Education Background ) : At least Bachelor’s degree in accounting

ประสบการณ์พิเศษเฉพาะตำแหน่ง ( Professional Experiences ) : Over 3 years’ experience in marketing Finance

Competency เฉพาะงาน

Application conditions

1. Over 3 years of Experience working in marketing finance and be good at excel data analysis 2. Identify with the company's corporate culture and be able to obey the company's leadership

3. Chinese/English can be used as working language, Thai for both writing and conversation.

4. Strong communication, coordination ability
