Responsibilities
หน้าที่หลัก
1.รับผิดชอบในการประสานงานกับลูกค้า เพื่อรับเอกสารที่ใช้ประกอบการยื่นขอใบอนุญาตต่าง ๆ กับหน่วยงานราชการ
2.ยื่นเอกสารขอออกใบอนุญาตต่าง ๆ ที่จัดเตรียมแล้วเสร็จต่อส่วนงานราชการและติดตามเอกสารจนกว่าจะได้รับใบอนุญาตตามกำหนดระยะเวลา
3.จัดทำรายงานอัพเดทสถานะเอกสารราชการในหน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
4.ติดต่อ ติดตาม และประสานงานกับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้สามารถรับใบอนุญาตได้ตามกำหนดระยะเวลา
Qualifications
คุณสมบัติ
1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ วุฒิปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา
2. มีประสบการณ์ประสานงานใบอนุญาตกับหน่วยงานราชการ 1 ปีขึ้นไป (หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจพลังงานทดแทนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
3. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจและสามารถจัดเตรียมเอกสาร รวมทั้งติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานราชการได้เป็นอย่างดี
4. มีความสามารถในการขับรถยนต์ และมีใบอนุญาตขับขี่
5. มีความคล่องตัวสูง สามารถเดินทางปฏิบัติงานต่างจังหวัดเป็นครั้งคราวได้
6. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีทักษะในการสื่อสารติดต่อประสานงาน พร้อมเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมเป็นอย่างดี
7. สามารถทำงานภายใต้สภาวะความกดดันและเร่งด่วนได้เป็นอย่างดี
