Responsibilities

Develop and lead the execution of trade marketing strategies by channel, aligned with brand objectives and market trends.
Design trade promotion calendars, pricing strategies, and consumer promotions to support product sell-out and market competitiveness.
Identify opportunities to optimize assortment, visibility, pricing, and placement across channels to strengthen category performance.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure cohesive planning, execution, and tracking .
Analyze sell-out data, customer feedback, and market trends to evaluate trade programs and adjust strategies accordingly.
Lead the Trade Marketing team, manage department budgets, and build organizational capability.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. Master’s Degree is an advantage.
8+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Marketing, or Category Management in the FMCG sector.
Proven success in designing and leading trade marketing programs across multiple channels.
Strong understanding of trade structures, consumer behavior, and retail operations
Excellent analytical and presentation skills
Proficiency in data tools (Excel, Power BI, Nielsen/Scantrack, etc.)
Fluent in English and Thai (for local companies)
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

คุณสมบัติ
