- Establish policies and strategies for food quality and safety (Food Safety & Quality Management)

- Control and inspect quality systems according to standards such as GMP, HACCP, ISO22000, FSSC22000, BRC, Halal, FDA, TIS.

- Supervise the quality inspection of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products.

- Monitor and analyze non-conformance issues and determine corrective and preventative measures (CAPA).

- Coordinate with production, R&D, Supply Chain, Engineering and other departments to ensure standards are met.

- Prepare quality performance reports and present them to executives.

- Able to use English for communication and documentation well.

- Able to use MS Office and ERP/SAP computer programs

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related fields.

- At least 8-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control in a related industry.

- Have at least 3-5 years of supervisory or managerial experience.

- Have knowledge of food laws, quality standards and food safety systems (e.g. GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC22000, BRC, HALAL, FDA, TIS)

- Have knowledge of quality control systems, internal/external audits and non-conformance resolution (CAPA).

- Coordinate well with production, R&D, supply chain and other departments.
