Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth for food, beverage, and snack products across HORECA and B2B channels, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering businesses, food service operators, offices, factories, corporate clients, distributors, and business customers.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets, gross profit, distribution growth, and customer acquisition goals.
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new business customers in HORECA and B2B segments to expand the company’s customer base and market coverage.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing key accounts to increase repeat orders, customer retention, product penetration, and long-term business opportunities.
  • Analyze customer needs, usage occasions, pricing expectations, volume potential, and purchasing behavior to offer suitable products and commercial proposals.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, pricing recommendations, trade terms, and business agreements in line with company policy and profitability targets.
  • Negotiate with customers on pricing, volume, delivery terms, payment terms, promotional support, and other commercial conditions.
  • Build and manage sales pipeline, customer visit plans, account plans, and sales forecasts to ensure consistent business growth.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, and Production to ensure product availability, delivery readiness, pricing alignment, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate product sampling, product presentations, customer trials, menu applications, or usage recommendations to support sales conversion.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, customer feedback, pricing movement, and new business opportunities within HORECA and B2B channels.
  • Track sales performance, customer performance, margin, order frequency, pipeline progress, and key account development on a regular basis.
  • Resolve customer issues related to orders, delivery, product quality, claims, credit, and service in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Ensure all sales activities, customer agreements, credit terms, and commercial practices comply with company policies.
  • Provide regular sales reports, market updates, customer insights, and business development recommendations to management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Business, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in Food & Beverage, Snacks, FMCG, Food Service, HORECA, B2B, or related industries.
  • At least 2–3 years in a sales management or key account management role is preferred.
  • Strong experience managing customers in HORECA, food service, distributor, corporate, or B2B channels.
  • Good understanding of food and beverage sales processes, customer purchasing behavior, pricing, trade terms, and channel requirements.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets, opening new accounts, managing key customers, and growing sales volume.
  • Strong negotiation, account management, business development, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Able to analyze sales data, customer potential, margin, sales pipeline, and market opportunities.
  • Good coordination skills with internal teams such as Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, and Production.
  • Self-driven, proactive, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Good command of English and computer literacy, especially Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, or sales reporting tools.
  • Own car and valid driving license are preferred, as the role requires customer visits.
