Responsibilities
- Drive sales of cleaning chemicals, hygiene products, and cleaning solutions to business customers in the cleaning service, hygiene service, maid service, facility service, and outsourcing cleaning industries.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with cleaning service companies, maid service providers, facility management companies, hygiene solution providers, corporate cleaning contractors, hotels, offices, factories, hospitals, schools, and commercial buildings.
- Present and recommend suitable cleaning chemical products and solutions based on customer needs, cleaning applications, surface types, usage areas, hygiene requirements, and cost-in-use considerations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, purchasers, operation managers, site supervisors, cleaning managers, and business owners.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand customer operations, identify pain points, and propose suitable product solutions.
- Prepare product proposals, quotations, pricing, product comparison, cost-in-use calculation, and commercial offers to support sales conversion.
- Coordinate product trials, product demonstrations, sample testing, and on-site application support to help customers evaluate product performance.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure product availability, delivery coordination, pricing approval, product information, and customer support.
- Follow up sales pipeline, customer requirements, quotations, purchase orders, delivery status, and repeat orders to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotion, customer feedback, and market trends in the cleaning and hygiene service industry.
- Support customers with product usage guidance, basic dilution ratio explanation, safety information, and proper handling instructions.
- Handle customer issues related to product performance, delivery, documentation, claims, and after-sales service in coordination with relevant departments.
- Maintain customer database, visit reports, sales activities, pipeline updates, and sales performance reports.
- Ensure sales activities, pricing, credit terms, and customer agreements comply with company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Science, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in B2B sales, cleaning chemicals, hygiene products, facility service, cleaning service, industrial products, FMCG, or related industries.
- Experience selling to cleaning service companies, maid service providers, facility management companies, hotels, offices, factories, hospitals, or commercial customers will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals, hygiene products, disinfectants, detergents, floor care products, toilet cleaners, glass cleaners, degreasers, multipurpose cleaners, or industrial cleaning solutions is preferred.
- Able to understand customer cleaning requirements and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
- Strong selling, negotiation, customer relationship management, and business development skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with customer visits and field sales activities.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain product benefits and usage clearly.
- Able to prepare quotations, sales reports, customer visit reports, and basic sales analysis.
- Good coordination skills with internal teams such as Customer Service, Warehouse, Delivery, Finance, Technical, and Marketing.
- Basic computer literacy, especially Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, or sales reporting tools.
- Able to drive and valid driving license are preferred, as the role requires regular customer visits.
