Responsibilities
- Support the HRBP Manager in executing HR strategies with strong focus on end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure timely and quality hiring.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for permanent positions, including manpower requisition validation, job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand workforce requirements, define job descriptions, and develop competency-based candidate profiles.
- Proactively source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing) to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews, assessments, and selection processes to ensure positive candidate experience and effective hiring decisions.
- Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, sourcing effectiveness) and provide regular reports and recommendations to HRBP Manager.
- Support workforce planning activities by tracking headcount movements and forecasting hiring needs.
- Assist in onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
- Provide guidance to line managers on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation.
- Support implementation of talent management initiatives such as succession planning and talent reviews from a recruitment perspective.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development team to identify skill gaps in newly hired employees and ensure development alignment.
- Act as HR point of contact for recruitment-related inquiries and support line managers in handling employee-related matters when assigned.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and labor regulations throughout recruitment and HR processes.
- Experience in FMCG or Manufacturing industry will be considered a strong advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources, with strong focus on full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Proven experience in partnering with Hiring Managers to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and workforce planning.
- Solid understanding of competency-based interviewing, candidate assessment, and talent profiling.
- Experience in FMCG or Manufacturing industry will be considered a strong advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work closely with line managers and senior leaders.
- Good analytical skills with ability to interpret recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with service-minded attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken).
