Job Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain VMware environments to ensure stable and efficient virtualization infrastructure.
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server environments.
- Administer Active Directory (AD), including Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and user/group access control.
- Manage and support Email Systems, such as Microsoft Exchange or Microsoft 365.
- Perform regular data backups and restores using Veritas Backup Exec or Veritas NetBackup to ensure business continuity.
- Monitor system performance, analyze logs, and resolve hardware/software issues proactively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At Least 3 years of experience in System Engineer, l IT infrastructure or related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- VMware vSphere / ESXi
- Windows Server Administration
- Active Directory & Group Policy Management
- Email Systems (Exchange / O365)
- Backup Solutions (Veritas)
- Good problem-solving, communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
