• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical training, service engineering, after-sales service, or product repair—preferably in home appliances or consumer electronics.
• Strong knowledge of electrical/electronic repair and diagnostic techniques.
• Good command of English (both written and spoken).
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong presentation, coaching, and consulting abilities.
• Ability to create structured training content and deliver effective learning sessions.
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time-management and project-management abilities.
• Ability to travel domestically to support service center training when required.
