Responsibilities
Responsibilities of Quality Engineer Project Leader
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure engineering quality standards are achieved.
- Support new motorcycle model projects and mass production quality activities.
- Investigate and follow up specification or quality-related issues.
- Control engineering documents, technical specifications, and drawing standards.
- Conduct drawing inspections and support quality troubleshooting activities.
- Support problem analysis and corrective actions during production processes.
- Prepare reports and coordinate quality improvement activities with internal teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
- Understanding of motorcycle structure and functions.
- Experience in quality engineering, manufacturing engineering, or automotive production is preferred.
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of quality control and problem-solving methods is an advantage.
- Able to use MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) effectively.
- Knowledge of CAD/CATIA programs is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good command of English (TOEIC 500+ preferred). Japanese language skill is an advantage.
- Able to work under pressure and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
