• Support the implementation and adoption of digital tools and systems in manufacturing processes
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and improve workflows
• Assist in SAP system usage and provide support for day-to-day operations
• Prepare reports and perform basic data analysis using Excel or other tools
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve efficiency through automation
• Support user training and help drive adoption of new systems and processes
• Troubleshoot basic system issues and provide user support
• Track and monitor adoption metrics and performance (KPIs)

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Internship or project experience in Digital, Data, ERP, or Manufacturing is a plus

Technical Skills:

• SAP (Basic to Intermediate): Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred
• Microsoft Excel (Intermediate): Able to use formulas, pivot tables, and basic reporting
• Basic Data Analysis: Ability to interpret and analyze data
• Basic understanding of IT systems, databases, or system integration is a plus
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau
• Exposure to RPA tools (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath)
• Interest in Automation, Digital Transformation, or Smart Manufacturing
