Responsibilities
- Plan and arrange transportation schedules for product and raw material deliveries using both company-owned and outsourced vehicles by consolidating delivery routes and controlling load weight within legal limits to maximize transportation efficiency and cost savings.
- Inspect and verify the accuracy, completeness, and proper loading of products onto company delivery trucks, outsourced vehicles, and customer pick-up vehicles.
- Collect transportation data and prepare delivery cost reports for supervisors and related departments.
- Collect transportation service documents from outsourced transport providers to verify the accuracy of monthly transportation expenses.
- Support company drivers, delivery assistants, and outsourced transportation providers to ensure readiness for delivery operations, while coordinating with customers at delivery sites to provide professional and courteous service and minimize customer complaints.
- Prepare and maintain safety equipment for delivery vehicles and supervise safe loading and unloading operations to prevent product damage and customer complaints.
- Coordinate with the Sales Department, customers, and outsourced transportation companies to ensure accurate and timely product deliveries without complaints.
- Inspect and monitor the condition of company delivery vehicles, summarize daily vehicle readiness reports, and plan maintenance or repair schedules for damaged vehicles.
- Coordinate vehicle repairs and maintenance to ensure delivery vehicles return to service as quickly as possible, minimizing downtime, including arranging annual vehicle inspections, gas system inspections, and compulsory insurance renewals.
- Receive and manage reports regarding delivery delays, failed deliveries, vehicle breakdowns, or accidents from drivers, and use GPS tracking systems to monitor vehicle locations, coordinate updates with customers, and arrange immediate support or problem resolution, including monitoring driving speed for safety compliance.
- Arrange return trips for transportation vehicles or crane truck services to support other departments within the company.
- Support 5S activities for delivery vehicles, parking areas, and loading/unloading areas to maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
- Comply with company rules, regulations, policies, and all applicable legal requirements.
- Propose improvements to work processes to increase efficiency, convenience, speed, and cost savings.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Gender : Male
- Bachelor’s degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics, or related fields
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, transportation, or logistics coordination
- Proficient in ERP/SAP systems
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications
- Moderate English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Good coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
