Responsibilities
- Prepare raw materials to ensure production readiness.
- Coordinate with relevant departments regarding raw material preparation for production.
- Monitor and control raw material receiving and inventory levels to ensure appropriate stock availability.
- Inspect and verify raw materials at the warehouse and other storage areas to ensure accuracy and proper inventory control.
- Review production orders and production schedules (MG) related to main raw materials and supporting materials to ensure sufficient supply for production.
- Prepare and submit purchase requisitions for raw materials.
- Handle the opening and closing of production orders (PC) and sample cable testing jobs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field (New graduates are welcome)
- 0–2 years of experience in Material Planning , manufacturing, or related roles
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is an advantage
- Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work across departments
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and responsible
- Able to handle urgent tasks and adapt to changes effectively
- Willingness to learn, open-minded, and able to work well in a team environment
