Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the Performance Management System (PMS) to align with company strategy.
- Support departments in setting KPIs/OKRs aligned with business objectives (Business Alignment).
- Develop and maintain Dashboard Visualizations (Power BI, Looker Studio) to monitor performance from corporate to employee levels.
- Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support management decisions.Continuously improve the performance management process for greater efficiency, transparency, and fairness.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to collect, analyze, and communicate performance results effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in developing a career in HR, particularly in Performance Management and HR Data Analytics.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Looker Studio, or other data visualization tools.
- Basic knowledge of Data Analytics and data interpretation.
- Understanding of Performance Management Process, KPI, and OKR concepts.
- Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
