1. Control manpower budget to ensure effective utilization of manpower

2. Plan recruitment strategy and select potential candidate in timeliness manner to ensure the manpower is filled according to agreed service level agreement

3. Identify and develop relationship with organizations, universities, and other partners to expand the pools of applicants

4. Recruits for high level positions or specific roles as needed in the short-term, or when necessary to support the recruiting team

5. Develop and implement new sourcing method and suggest best opinion for the company

6. Prepare monthly report on recruitment and resignation of staff to ensure that manpower is aligned to the approved budget

7. Conduct new employee orientation program to provide information about company rules and regulations

8. Provide on-going support to line managers on personal requisition in determining personal qualifications

9. Conduct exit interview to seek information about cause of resignation and utilize this information to improve employee engagement with the company

10. Monitor the performance of new hire to ensure that new hire meet the job requirement

11. HR Project work as assigned

1.Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Political Science, Business Management, Industrial Psychology, Marketing, Law or having direct experience in HR field

2. Experienced in recruitment services and/or factory setting environment is a plus
