Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) both according to approved terms and conditions.
- Verify and process supplier invoices and ensure accuracy of documentation.
- Support both domestic and import shipment by coordination with logistics and related party.
- Prepare sales documentation for trading business.
- Coordinate delivery schedule between suppliers and production.
- Maintain and update purchasing records and documentation before handover to Accounting.
Qualifications
- Female / Thai National
- Age between 25-27 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in Business administration, Logistic Management or related fields
- At least 1-2 years of experience in related field
- Experience in purchasing for manufacturing and inventory control to support production especially in non-ferrous business is an advance
- Experience in purchasing process
- Experience in import-export or overseas buying activities
- Knowledge in import and custom and relevant documents
- Good command of English writing and speaking
- Strong skill in MS Office
