- 5-7 years’ experience in human resources management preferably a career in FMCG

- Proven experience as an HR Generalist, Recruitment or relevant human resources position

- PC literacy (MS Office, in particular)

- Hands on experience with an HRIS or HRMS

- Sound knowledge of labor laws

- Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

- Good attitude towards team work and able to work independently

- Good command in spoken and written English
