- Manage and monitor all AR transactions from multiple cinema branches, including box office, concession, and digital payment channels.
- Reconcile daily revenue reports with POS systems and bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare billing, tax invoices, and official receipts; ensure compliance with accounting and tax standards.
- Follow up on outstanding accounts, prepare aging reports, and coordinate with branches or business partners for timely collection.
- Perform monthly AR and revenue reconciliations with the General Ledger.
- Support month-end and year-end closing by preparing AR-related journal entries and revenue reports.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and ensure accuracy of revenue and receivable accounts.
- Coordinate with auditors (internal and external) and provide required documentation.
- Participate in process improvements to enhance collection efficiency and strengthen internal control.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or revenue accounting.
- Experience in cinema, entertainment, or retail business is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, VAT, and WHT.
- Proficiency in ERP or POS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or in-house systems).
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to close accounts accurately within deadlines.
