Manager - Human Capital Development Based in Bangna - บริษัท เมก้า ไลฟ์ไซแอ็นซ์ จำกัด (มหาชน)

Mega Lifesciences is looking for a Manager - Human Capital Development to work closely with the Corporate Human Capital Department in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunity to learn and to expand your portfolio.

As a Manager - Human Capital Development, your key tasks are as below:

- Understand business objectives and work closely with assigned countries to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and practices.

- Perform in-depth analysis and research to improve HR efficiency and productivity.

- Lead and collaborate with HR partners to design, implement, and continuously improve HR systems and processes, including employee information management, recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of HR practices.

- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, and compliance with labor laws while supporting business and talent strategies.

- Manage and deliver assigned Human Capital projects as required.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

- Minimum 3–7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, specializing in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.

- Strong knowledge of HR processes, salary benchmarking, and compensation workflows.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HR data analysis.

- Good understanding of local labor laws and tax regulations.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.

- Willingness to work in Bangna, Bangkok.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in both spoken and written English, with strong communication skills. Solid knowledge across key human resource disciplines is required, including talent acquisition, remuneration management, employee engagement, performance management systems, HR data analysis, and compensation and benefits.
