Responsibilities
-Strategic Engineering & Quality Leadership
-Production Excellence & Cost Reduction
-Mold Innovation & Casting Performance
-APQP & New Model Development
-Quality Governance & Customer Assurance
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering.
-At least 10 years of experience in Manufacturing/Design Engineering.
-Experience managing a team at a Senior Manager level or higher.
-Expertise in Mold Design & Casting Process/Finite Element Analysis/Casting Simulation/Statistical Analysis.
-Excellent English language skills (fluent communication with international clients).
-Knowledge and experience in quality management and IATF16949/ISO9001 systems.
