Sales and Marketing Department
Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate Product Specialist - Shock Absorber Products to support product development, technical training, and market growth for Öhlins suspension products. In this role, you will work closely with distributors, dealers, and riders to strengthen the Öhlins brand, provide technical expertise, and expand market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Product & Market Development
• Analyze market trends, vehicle applications, and customer needs related to shock absorber products
• Support new product development and recommend product applications for different vehicles
• Monitor competitor products and industry trends
Sales & Technical Support
• Provide technical product support to distributors, dealers, and customers
• Support sales teams with product knowledge, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Assist in developing product solutions for different market segments
Training & Product Knowledge
• Conduct product training for distributors, dealers, and technical teams
• Prepare technical materials and product documentation
Brand & Market Activities
• Represent the Öhlins brand at events, trade shows, and racing activities
• Gather market feedback to support product improvement and development
Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in motorcycle, automotive, or suspension-related industry
• Strong interest in shock absorber or suspension technology
• Experience in product management, technical support, or automotive sales is an advantage
• Good analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Good command of English communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong presentation and technical explanation skills
