Support Consultant / ERP Help Desk (Microsoft Dynamics 365) - บริษัท อิคลิปส์ คอมพิวติ้ง (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

• Provide post-go-live support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 F&O / D365 BC).
• Receive and analyze user issues, inquiries, and system errors reported by clients.
• Deliver initial troubleshooting, basic problem resolution, and functional guidance to end-users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Functional Consultants, Developers, Technical Specialists, and Project Teams.
• Investigate root causes of complex system issues and coordinate effective long-term solutions.
• Track incident lifecycles from logging to closure, ensuring strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Perform system testing and verify fixes to ensure issue resolution before client deployment.
• Ensure business continuity and optimal system performance for clients using the ERP platform.

• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor's degree in accounting information systems, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields
• Experience in ERP Support / Application Support / Help Desk 
• Customer-oriented and service-minded
• Good communication skills in English (reading & writing)
• Self-motivated, ability to work independently as well as being a good team player.
• Hardworking, highly responsible, and quick learning.
