Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of product features, benefits, and applications.
- Stay updated and regularly receive complete product information from international manufacturers.
- Request, receive, and manage product samples efficiently.
- Update and develop product information across all internal systems and inform all relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with detailed product knowledge tasks and work closely with the sales team to ensure the accuracy of all product information.
- Prepare product presentations and training materials to educate sales teams and customers on effective product usage and address technical queries.
- Contribute to and oversee the accuracy of product information in all marketing materials.
- Provide insights and identify opportunities for product improvement or new product development to enhance competitiveness.
- Collect, analyze, and improve customer feedback to align with customer needs.
- Participate in product testing and provide feedback on functionality, usability, and potential issues.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and development teams to align product strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product development, product management, or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, materials engineer, civil engineer, industrial engineering, business administration, or related field.
- Experience in construction materials and familiarity with Zoho software is an advantage.
- Understanding of building materials, product specifications, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.
- Highly proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, with strong presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and reliability.
- Skilled in analyzing market trends, customer needs, and product performance.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks such as product launches, training sessions, and feedback collection.
- Ability to convey technical details to diverse audiences (designers, contractors, distributors, end customers).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Honest, patient, calm, looking to work with a company for the long term.
- Excellent communication in both Thai and English.
