Responsibilities
- Review all work for design, accuracy and completeness.
- Review all design layout drawings at key stages of design and development to ensure compliance with authorities and company requirements.
- Prepare the preliminary drawings for tender submission.
- Responsibilities duties to assist the Architect Manager to coordinate and of the structural designer.
- Lead with effective supervision and experience design team toward greater creativity.
- Prepare design and coordination drawings for projects.
- Prepare construction permit work.
- Participate in departmental strategic planning.
- Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Male / Female, Age 22 - 35 years old.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture.
- Minimum 0 - 5 years of design experience, preferable in Construction company.
- Ability to in charge of the design process, lead project, or complete project.
- Highly proficient working knowledge of AutoCad, 3D Studio Max, Sketch up and REVIT is a plus.
- Good communication skills and must be a team player.
- Fluent spoken and written in English (Japanese is a plus): TOEIC 600
- Must have a licensed Architect Professional Level
- Able to work upcountry, or out of the office sometime.
