Key Responsibilities
• Plan and control the production process to achieve targets in quantity, quality, and delivery time.
• Manage raw material and finished goods inventory to support production plans effectively.
• Oversee product quality and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 standards.
• Improve production processes, reduce waste and waste time enhance efficiency, and increase overall productivity.
• Supervise machinery conditions and ensure preventive maintenance plans are strictly followed.
• Lead the production team by assigning tasks, developing skills, and enhancing team capability.
• Ensure workplace safety and coordinate required safety training programs.
• Oversee warehouse operations, maintain proper storage practices, and ensure strict FIFO control.
• Analyze issues and prepare regular production reports for management.
