Responsibilities
- Improve machinery to enhance safety
- Improve machinery to produce quality products
- Improve and increase production process efficiency
- Prepare for the improvement of existing machinery
- Support safety and environmental initiatives
- Report work performance and propose solutions to any issues (if any)
Qualifications
- Age 23 - 26 Years
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering
- Minimum GPA of 2.5
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing, automation, or project engineering
- Problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Time management and multitasking ability
