• Monitor and support the performance of applications and systems to ensure availability and reliability.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in Linux/Unix-based environments.
• Develop and maintain Shell Scripts to automate operational tasks and batch job executions.
• Analyze system logs and database queries to diagnose problems and recommend solutions.
• Work closely with developers and infrastructure teams to escalate and resolve complex incidents.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in an Application Support or System Engineer role.
• Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix operating systems
• Strong skills in SQL for querying and analyzing data
• Proficiency in writing and debugging Shell Scripts
• Onsite 100% MRT Muang Thong Thani Line
