- Implement documentation per asset/property management Principles.
- Ensure the disposal, donation, or transfer of assets according to procedures.
- Registering fixed assets.
- Update the fixed asset register with the required information.
- Designing and implementing an Asset management system (physical count, QR Code).
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring efficient handling and accurate inventory management.
- Implement and monitor procedures for goods receiving, storage, and order fulfillment.
- Managing and controlling the warehouse budget.
- Designing and implementing an inventory management system (physical count, QR Code).
- Being responsible for controlling the inventory.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the inventory management system.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is replenished as necessary.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances.
- Provide inventory reports and updates to management.
- Utilize software to generate inventory reports and analyze data.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations.
- May require working outside of standard business hours during inventory audits, Physical count of both Inventory and Assets, or busy periods.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Accounting Background (Asset Management) will be an advantage.
- Experience at least 1 - 5 years in Warehouse Management Operation/System.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control practices.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Good command of English.
- Good communication, strong problem-solving, and leadership skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and basic computer skill
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
