Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Data Warehouse architecture and perform data preparation for advanced analytics.
- Design and develop interactive Dashboards and Reports to provide data-driven insights for strategic decision support.
- Provide Level 1 support for SAP BI module users, ensuring timely resolution of system issues.
- Analyze, investigate, and troubleshoot system errors and user queries to maintain high data integrity and user satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business end-users and the SAP Technical Team to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.
- Develop and update comprehensive User Manuals and technical documentation.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance user competency and ensure effective system adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), or Data Engineering.
- Strong understanding of business processes, specifically within Sales and Manufacturing sectors.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain technical manuals, user guides, and a centralized Knowledge Base.
- Ability to identify opportunities to replace manual tasks with automated workflows.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
- Leadership Qualities: Demonstrated initiative and the ability to guide projects or mentor team members.
