Responsibilities

  1. Manage end to end HR administration covering the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and offboarding process.
  2. Coordinate recruitment activities such as job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and employment offer administration in accordance with company procedures.
  3. Prepare and maintain employee documentation, including employment contracts, probation confirmation, promotion, transfer, disciplinary action, and termination documents.
  4. Coordinate payroll administration with outsourced payroll provider by validating employee data, attendance, leave records, and payroll-related information to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  5. Validate outsourced payroll provider service agreement.
  6. Support employee development activities, including training coordination, Individual Development Plan (IDP) administration, performance review support, and employee engagement initiatives.
  7. Handle employee exit processes, including resignation documentation, clearance procedures, and coordination with outsourced payroll provider for final payroll settlement.
  8. Prepare HR reports, employee statistics, and support internal audits, compliance, and management reporting as required. 

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above. 
Experience: 1 year or above. Experience in Vietnam would be advantages.   
Language Skills: Good command of Thai and English (both written and spoken).
TOEIC Score: 650  
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
