Responsibilities
- Study product details in depth, analyze strengths and weaknesses, compare with competitors, and present technical information and product features to customers and teams effectively.
- Continuously develop product knowledge, keep up with new trends and technologies, and apply them to work.
- Analyze customer needs, present appropriate solutions, and meet customer requirements accurately.
- Create sales documents, product brochures, user manuals, and other marketing materials that attract customers.
- Present products both pre-sale (emphasizing features, benefits, and advantages) and post-sale (focusing on usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting).
- Train employees and customers on products, effectively transferring knowledge and usage techniques.
- Self-study and seek ways to develop skills and knowledge continuously.
- Be ready to receive training from the company and other institutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in construction materials, supervision, or construction design.
- Knowledge and understanding of construction materials, types, applications, properties, and comparison with competitors.
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English (speaking, writing, reading, listening).
- Excellent presentation skills, able to present information in an interesting, easy-to-understand, and engaging way.
- Proficient in computer programs such as MS Office, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Zoom, MS Teams, and other related programs.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, able to work in a team.
- Responsible, punctual.
- Eager to learn, always learning new things.
- Initiative and creativity.
- Patient and calm.
