RA 100%:FOCUS finding new clients, Flow-up existing clients
Job Descriptions:
- Find new clients by making cold calls, visiting, etc.
- Build close partnerships with clients and introduce suitable candidates for their open positions.
- Negotiate commercial terms of business and rates.
- Search, source, and screen potential candidates according to clients’ requirements.
- Conduct face-to-face, online Zoom, MS Team, or phone interviews with candidates and analyze their skills and qualifications and whether they are matched with open job positions from clients or not.
- Arrange an interview schedule between the client and the candidate and follow up the selection process until the employment offer stage.
- Able to achieve sales targets monthly and quarterly.
- Other assigned tasks by the immediate supervisor.
