- Provide support and maintenance for business applications
- Trouble shoot and resolve user issue, escalate when needed
- Assist in system testing, upgrades and implementation.
- Coordinate with IT teams and vendors for smooth operation
• At least 1 year working experience to support users using ERP. (New Graduate are Welcome)
• Knowledge of any ERP will be advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and good interpersonal skill.
• Good Communication, Presentation and Consultation skills
• Good command of English. TOEIC 470
• Bachelor in related fields
