Responsibilities
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating domestic and international contracts and other legal documents in Thai and English
Providing legal advice in relation to the Company’s business operations in the Asia region
Promotion of Compliance activity including Antitrust (Competition Law) Compliance
Secondary Responsibility
Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) registration and consultation in the Asia region, including trademarks and patents (primarily trademarks)
Promotion of Compliance activity including Export Control Compliance
Qualifications
Must
Bachelor’s degree in Law
Minimum 1–5 years of experience in legal work, and international commercial transactions
Expertise in IPR‑related work, including trademarks and patents (primarily trademarks)
Good command of English, with a minimum TOEIC score of 650
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
Nice to have
Minimum 1–5 years of experience in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
Good knowledge of domestic and international trade and commercial business
Strong analytical, negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
High accountability and ability to work under deadlines
