    We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Business Development Associate to support the growth of our chemical distribution business. This role is ideal for someone with strong planning skills, a keen interest in B2B sales, and the ability to create compelling presentations and marketing content.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the chemical distribution sector
• Conduct market research and analysis to support strategic planning
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners
• Prepare high-quality presentations, proposals, and marketing materials using design tools and software
• Support internal and external communication related to product offerings and company services
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams to ensure client needs are understood and met
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory updates relevant to chemical products

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or science related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or industrial distribution (preferably in the chemical industry)
• Strong planning, organizational, and analytical thinking skills
• Proficiency in using computer software for creating presentations and media (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in Chinese is a plus and will be given special consideration
