IT System Integration Manager / IT Manager - ProPlugin Co.,Ltd.

• Oversee The IT Systems Integration Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, integration, and optimization of ProPlugin’s core technology systems — including the ERP, OMS, POS and Data Warehouse. This role leads digital system rollouts, ensures data accuracy and system reliability, and strengthens the company’s overall IT security and infrastructure. In addition to leading these strategic initiatives, the role also covers light operational IT duties such as managing company assets, user access, and basic hardware or software issues.
• Systems Integration & Automation: Lead the integration and alignment of key business systems (including the ERP, OMS, POS and Data Warehouse) to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify workflow bottlenecks and implement technology-driven improvements that reduce processing time and enhance accuracy. Oversee system configurations, troubleshooting, and enhancements to support evolving business needs. Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and reliability across all platforms
• Process Improvement & Business Support Partner with sales, logistics, accounting, and management teams to translate operational needs into system solutions. Continuously analyze business processes and propose improvements that enhance speed, transparency, and reporting quality. Identify emerging technologies and trends that align with business objectives.
• Vendor & Project Management: Manage relationships with system vendors and service providers, ensuring high-quality delivery and timely resolution of issues. Evaluate and negotiate quotations from vendors for new IT systems or enhancements. Plan and execute system-related projects, including rollouts, integrations, and upgrades, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• IT Security and Compliance: Establish and enforce IT security policies and best practices to protect company data and assets at all times. Regularly conduct security audits, vulnerability assessments, and risk management activities. Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and standards.
• Operational Support Manage light operational IT duties, including company asset tracking, user access management, and basic hardware or software troubleshooting. Serve as an internal technological expert, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. Promote knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT management, system integration, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with system integration, APIs, and/or middleware solutions
• Proficient in IT security practices and data protection regulations.
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting, planning, and execution.
• Proficiency in English is a plus
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and eCommerce platforms and basic accounting is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
