• Design and deliver sales training programs covering product knowledge, sales/service techniques, customer consultation, and experience.
• Ensure sales teams have a strong understanding of products/services, value propositions, and customer needs.
• Continuously update training content to align with market trends and business strategies.

• Develop structured training, onboarding programs, and refresher courses for sales teams and employees.
• Proven classroom, workshop, and on-the-job training sessions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking.

• Provide individual and group coaching to improve sales performance and professional behavior.
• Define skill gaps and create development plans for sales teams.
• Assist the Group Area Manager in building high-performing and consistent sales teams and black offices.

• Align training programs with business goals, sales targets, and KPIs.
• Monitor post-training performance and analyze the impact on sales performance, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Recommend continuous improvement initiatives to drive revenue growth and productivity.

• Work closely with the Group Area Manager, Merchandising, VM, CRM, Customer Service, and HR teams to ensure training alignment with business needs.
• Support company initiatives that require cross-functional collaboration and change management.
• Lead teamwork, ownership, communication, growth mindset, and a learning culture across the organization.

Performing other responsibilities as assigned.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Sport Management, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Coach, Trainer, or related field, and at least 1-2 years of Store Leader/Senior Sales Level is required.
• Proven experience, or if you have experience in the sports retail business, is a plus.
• Strong understanding of football culture, sport insight, brand, and product, and able to develop a training program.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, performance metrics, and adult learning principles.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Able to analyze performance data and translate insights into effective training solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
