Responsibilities
- Study and understand the Ari brand and products, market trends, competitors, football season, and sport insight retail sales etc., identify marketing direction and strategies that drive brand awareness and growth according to the business goals.
- Work closely with the Brand Manager, Designers, Product Development, and Marketing team to develop marketing projects (Offline, Online) in preparation for brand promotions and product launches.
- Develop visual direction of brand with the Marketing team (mood, tone, CI ) to define guidelines and concept development across all channels
- Develop creative content concepts across features and innovation of product, product launch, campaigns, and brand activities.
- Brainstorm and collaborate with the Content Creator and Production teams to develop and produce content that promotes the brand and products across all channels, and report results to improve future production quality.
- Stay updated on football innovation, new features, and sports trends etc. to develop marketing strategies and creative concepts aligned with Ari’s brand direction.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience of Art Director, Creative Production, Content Creator in any field if you have experience in creative marketing and managing a production team related to the sport retail business, football or sports products will be considered favorably.
- Strong understanding of the football sport insight, passion, product and equipment to apply creative marketing of projects aligned with the brand direction.
- Strong creative thinking, teamwork management, project management, problem solving, communication skills, negotiation and interpersonal skills, quick learner, energetic, and able to perform well under pressure.
- Passionate about football or athletes is a plus
