“Karnkanok”, we dubuted with middle to luxurious house in the location of new San Kamphaeng rd., with offering reasonable price to our customers. We are the first property development in Chiang Mai who bring the newest construction technology at that time, “Prefabrication” to apply in our construction process. After our succeed in “Karnkanok 1”, we launched project, “Karnkanok 2”, “Karnkanok 4” and “Karnkanok 8” which using the newest construction technology, “Cast in Place” for continued improving our construction efficiency.

Meanwhile, “Karnkanok” has been constantly growth. We found another needs which demand excellent house with reachable price. In 2008, we launched the new brand. “Karnkanok Ville” and gain customers’ acceptance. Within 7 years from the first date of “Karnkanok Ville” brand, we have more 10 projects in several locations around Chaing Mai. Supporting our objective, “Possible for Everyone with Covering Location in Chaing Mai area”.

In 2010, we have opened condominium brand, “One Plus Condo” for serving customers’ demand, easy and chic life style. Until now, more than 20 projects of One Plus Condo are expanded in urban area of Chiang Mai.

Over 12 years, more than 50 projects, we have run our business based on objective, “Develop Property for Supporting of Growth of Chiang Mai and Enhance Quality of Customers’ Life through our Products”.
