JOB SUMMARY:
To implement all safety, health and environment activities are not only operated with safe but also complied government law and regulation and ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 requirement. Plan emergency response programs and coordinate different activities to prepare for disasters. This includes making sure the community’s needs are met, collaborating with social institutions to provide shelter and resources in the event of an emergency, and ensuring that employee is trained in how to best respond to a crisis.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Implement all safety, health and environment activities and prepare report to government.
• Implement fire prevention system.
• Implement system to control chemical partway, incoming, in process and disposal.
• Assist with building the CM and BC program, using industry best practices for crisis/incident management.
• Facilitates risk assessments to evaluate potential threats to business viability and associated risks, and reports to management.
• Creates and maintains business continuity plans.
• Acts as a vital member of Crisis Management Team and assists with incident response by following the internal plans, policies, and procedures.
• Conducts business impact analyses to identify time-sensitive business units/processes; can understand analysis and results to create and deliver management reports to key stakeholders.
• Document’s procedures, training materials, and policies, as assigned.
• Assists in preparation for audit events.
• Develops mission critical strategies for crisis and incident management
• Set up training program on safety health and environment.
