JOB SUMMARY:

In charge of new machine, new process develop and mass production for improved process capability, product performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and develop new process for improvement.
Optimize product specification base on customer drawing and meet customer requirement.
To define and optimize internal product specification to meet customer requirement.
Set up process prototype and provide document.
Improve process yield and material yield follow process development.
Report process capability CPK and provide data package.
Coordinate with production, tool & die, metrology and QA for process develop/product improvement.
Improve dimension and VMI by automation.
Sustain machine for NPI build.
Lead meeting and prepare data package.

คุณสมบัติ

Education Required: Bachelor's Degree up in any engineering feld relates.

Skill Required:

Computer skill English command, Statistical analysis skill (C, C+, C+-+, Vision Pro, SPC, Six sigma)

Experience: 3-6 years.
