JOB SUMMARY:


• Focus on study work behavior and determine leader’s ratio to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity with effectiveness 100%

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Study work behavior and determine the appropriate number of leader's ratio based on current layout.
• Study work behavior and determine the appropriate number of leaders when have new line installation.
• Study VA/NVA on leader’s job and find out improvement method.
• Line layout improvement.
• Motion and time study.
• Tracking the actual production capacity, KPI and productivity improvement. 
• Suspension Line balancing.  
• Other job duties assign.

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering is advantage.

• Knowledge in IE technique, lean concepts.
• Human relationship skills are a must.
• ACAD and MS project skills are advantages.
• Suspension and electronic work environmental experience is beneficial.

• 2-5 years’ experience in Electronic Industrial as external candidate.
