Tooling (SQE) Engineer - บริษัท แมกเนคอมพ์ พรีซิชั่น เทคโนโลยี จำกัด (มหาชน)

• Ensure incoming Tooling, Equipment and IP Tray are satisfied quality and develop suppliers for Quality Cost Delivery (QCD) competitiveness.

• Be a communication channel of Tooling, Equipment and IP Tray quality feedback that happened from supplier.
• Incoming Tooling, Equipment and IP Tray quality monitoring.
• Work with SCM and supplier for Tooling, Equipment and IP Tray quality acceptance rate.
• Issue SCAR, follow up response and effectiveness.
• Perform supplier audit with SCM and Purchasing.
• Perform supplier survey with SCM and Purchasing.
• Perform supplier visit with SCM and Purchasing.
• Work with suppliers and SCM and Purchasing to develop them for continuously better in QCD.
• Generate quality reports.
• Conduct quality meetings with suppliers, SCM and Purchasing including follow up improvement actions.
• Generate QBR reports and Conduct QBR meetings with suppliers, SCM and Purchasing.
• Develop systematic SQE procedures and maintain them.
• Perform other duties and assume accountabilities as apparent or as delegated, including mutually agreed upon objectives.

• Have experience in SQE positions 0 - 3 years. Prefer in multinational company.
• Understand Lean thinking will be advantage.
• Can apply right Lean tools will be advantage.
• Have good knowledge in Lean, supply chain management and Six Sigma.
• Prefer to work in continuous improvement culture and can deal with changes.
• Prefer to work as team.
• Prefer to communicate, coordinate and follow up.
• Can communicate in English for both verbal and writing.
• Can work independently with less supervision.
• Can write SOP and understand Standardized Work.
• Can lead right problem solving tools application of Fish Bone Diagram, Why-Why, FMEA, etc.
• Can lead for MSA.

• Good knowledge for MSA.
• English communication is a must.
• Can use Power Point, Excel, Visio, Minitab and other MS-office program

Experience: 

• Have experience in SQE positions 0 - 3 years.
• Prefer to have experience in electronics or HDD industry.
