Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY:
- Drive process quality improvements through non-conformance reviews and risk analysis activities (e.g. FMEA+).
- Collaborate with manufacturing, process, quality, and development teams to ensure robust CTQ controls, drive continuous improvement, and introduce methods to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
- Ensure lessons learned, preventive actions, and customer-committed corrective actions are effectively embedded, validated, and deployed across products and processes
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and coordinate non-conformance reviews, ensuring effective containment, root cause analysis, and sustainable corrective actions
- Conduct and maintain risk analysis activities (FMEA, control plans, and risk assessments) for critical processes and products.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, process, quality, and development teams to strengthen CTQ controls and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure lessons learned, preventive actions, and customer-committed corrective actions are embedded into production processes and deployed across products.
- Support audit readiness and compliance with internal, customer, and third-party requirements.
- To perform other jobs assigned by Manager
Qualifications
Education Required:
- BSc or MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
- Good English spoken language.
Skill Required:
- Rack record of creative thinking, problem solving, and root cause analysis
- Extensive knowledge and technical skills in suspension process, production, and automation systems.
- Demonstrated experience delivering solutions on schedule
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent listening, reading, writing in English language.
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work across cultures
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years' experience in quality and/or process engineering.
- 5-7 years on HDD or electronic manducating is preferable.
