Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY:
- Analyze engineering and product data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and report on product performance, quality metrics, and product engineering KPIs
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to define data needs and success metrics.
- Perform root cause analysis on product defects, failures, and performance issues.
- Support product lifecycle analysis, including design validation, testing, and post-release monitoring.
- Responsible continuously follow up on all misc customer requests (test samples, data request, etc).
- Data collection and preparation data from lake house for FA analysis and dashboard.
- Data analysis and explore data by analytical techniques to identify patterns, trends, and relationships within the data.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluating the effectiveness.
- Creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations using analytics tools.
Qualifications
Education Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data science. Computer, Statistic, Industrial or related field.
Skill Required:
- Able to read manufacture products drawing
- Understand part geometry for measurement and measurement tool.
- Understand and skill of statistic tools as SPC, DOE, Minitab or JMP.
- Good in both written and oral communication (English)
- Must have good attention to detail, supervisory skills, strong problem-solving skills.
- Computer literacy: PowerPoint, Minitab, Excel, 2D and 3D CAD.
- Able to handle multiple projects.
- Good team-player and able to work with multiple functional groups.
- Basic in SQL, Excel, Python, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Grafana.
- Analytical Skills to be strong statistical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
