• Develop and execute sales strategies for plastic masterbatch manufacturer (Pigment, additive, new products Development).
• Develop sales plans such as secure and expedite orders.
• Manage and grow existing accounts while actively identifying and acquiring new customers, particularly in the plastic compounder industries.
• Negotiate pricing, and close sales to meet customer targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as BD manager to tailor solutions based on customer requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform sales and product strategies.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to BD manager
